Notice of Proposed Banking Office Pursuant to Section 1117.02 of the Ohio Revised Code, Minster Bank, 95 W. 4th St., Minster, OH 45865, hereby gives notice that it filed application with the Superintendent of the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions, 77 South High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215-6120, and the Federal Reserve Bank Applications Section, 1455 East 6th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44114, for permission to establish a banking office at 8530 N. Dixie Drive, Dayton, OH 45414, Montgomery County. Any person that desires to comment on the proposed banking office must do so in writing to the Ohio Division of Financial Institutions, 77 South High Street, Columbus, OH 43215-6120, within fourteen days after the date this notice is published. The comment period will end on February 20, 2019, but may be somewhat later. You are invited to submit comments in writing on this application/notice to the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, 1455 East Sixth Street, Cleveland, OH 44114, or via e-mail comments.applications@ clev.frb.org. The comment period will not end before February 21, 2019. The Board's procedures for processing applications/notices may be found at 12 C.F.R. Part 262. Procedures for processing protested applications/notices may be found at 12 C.F.R. 262.25.
