NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LEBANON-TURTLECREEK JOINT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Lebanon-Turtlecreek Joint Economic Development District will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the offices of Turtlecreek Township, 670 North State Route 123, Lebanon, Ohio 45036. The purposes of the meeting are: (i) to conduct the regular business affairs of the Board; and (ii) to consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board or any duly appointed committee of the Board. 12-10/2018
