NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING FOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE LEBANON-TURTLECREEK JOINT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Lebanon-Turtlecreek Joint Economic Development District (the "District") will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of Turtlecreek Township, 670 North State Route 123, Lebanon, Ohio 45036. The purposes of the meeting are: (i) to conduct the regular business affairs of the Board; (ii) to consider an increase from 1.0% to 1.5% in the rate of the income tax levied within the District; and (iii) to consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board or any duly appointed committee of the Board. 11-19/2023
