Notice of Virtual Public Meeting The Montgomery County Convention Facilities Authority (the "Authority") will be meeting on October 15, 2020, at 12:00 PM to conduct a special meeting of the Authority's Board of Directors (the "Board") for the purpose of discussing and taking action on personnel matters and contracts and executive sessions to consider employment of personnel and matters required to be kept confidential by law. Consistent with the Order and directives from the Director of the Ohio Department of Health and Governor related to COVID-19, and Am.Sub. H.B. 197, this meeting will be conducted virtually.
