NOTICE OF WARREN COUNTY'S CAPER FOR PUBLIC REVIEW The Consolidated Annual Performance & Evaluation Report (CAPER) reviews the activities, accomplishments and expenditures of funds distributed to Warren County through the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development's (HUD) Entitlement Program. The CAPER for the 2021 Program Year is now available for public review and comment at the Warren County Office of Grants Administration, located at 406 Justice Drive, Room 251, Lebanon, Ohio between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, or digitally by emailing masosu@co.warren.oh.us.
