Pike Township (including the Village of North Hampton) Proposed Tax Levy ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of Pike Township (including the village of North Hampton), passed on 7/21/2020, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 3rd day of November, 2020 the following question: A renewal of a tax for the benefit of Pike Township (including the Village of North Hampton) for the purpose of providing and maintaining Fire apparatus or appliances and to provide Ambulance and Emergency Medical Services at a rate not exceeding 2.75 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.275 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2021, first due in calendar year 2022. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Precincts affected: PIKE 1 & PIKE 2 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Run dates: October 23 & 30, 2020
