The object of the Complaint, is to make the presumption that Francis McIntosh Banks is deceased and that their common law marriage is presumed dissolved, and the prayer is that the Plaintiff, George Banks, be permitted to receive his full (100%) retirement benefits from the Ohio Laborers Benefits as outlined in LIUNA retirement guide. Ohio Laborers Benefits by Order of the Court release the retirement benefits, in full (100%) to Plaintiff. Publication of this notice will be published once each week for four (4) consecutive weeks. A hearing on the Complaint will be held on October 11, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the Butler County Probate Court, 101 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011.
