PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF HAMILTON "DRAFT" CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) A Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on or about October 31, 2020. The CAPER includes data on the expenditures of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) Funds May 1, 2019 through April 30, 2020. Citizens may examine the "Draft" CAPER by request to the City of Hamilton from October 24, 2020 through October 28, 2020 or at www.hamilton-oh.gov. Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, requests will need to be made via phone or email. Written comments and requests concerning the CAPER should be made to the Attention of Dave Jones, Finance Director, via email at Dave.Jones@hamilton-oh.gov.
