PUBLIC NOTICE In the Common Pleas Court of Clark County, Ohio, Case No. 19 CV 0046, WesBanco Bank, Inc., Plaintiff, vs. Unknown Executors, Administrators, Representatives or Fiduciaries of the Estate of Gerald L. Mc Vey, deceased, et al., Defendants. TO: Unknown Executors, Administrators, Representatives or Fiduciaries of the Estate of Gerald L. Mc Vey, deceased, Gerald Mc Vey, Jr., Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Next of Kin, Grantees and Devisees of Gerald L. Mc Vey, deceased, and Unknown Spouse (If Any) of Gerald L. McVey, deceased, whose identity and/or last and current place of residence are unknown, each of you will take notice that on January 28, 2019, the undersigned, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in rem, and other equitable relief in the Common Pleas Court of Clark County, alleging that there is due to Plaintiff the sum of $59,437.05 as of November 13, 2018, plus interest thereafter at the contract rate of 6.00% per armum, late fees, plus Plaintiffs costs and expenses in enforcing its Note and Mortgage deed of even date conveying the premises located at 224 Belleaire Ave., Springfield, Ohio 45503, and that is further described as Permanent Parcel Number 340- 07-00023-312-002. The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of the default of the Defendant o bligor in the payment of said Note according to its tenor, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute. Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set forth any interest in said real estate and/or money damages, or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said Mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Plaintiffs claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other relief as is just and equitable. The Defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint on or before twenty-eight (28) days after the date of last publication of this notice or judgment may be rendered as prayed for therein.
