Public Notice Request for Temporary Authorization and Class

PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR TEMPORARY AUTHORIZATION AND CLASS 2 PERMIT MODIFICATION UNDER HAZARDOUS WASTE FACILIY INSTALLATION AND OPERATION PERMIT Notice Information Notice is hereby given that on June 7, 2022, Clean Water Environmental, LLC, submitted to the Director of Ohio EPA requests for a RCRA Class 2 permit modification and for temporary authorization to allow Clean Water Environmental to increase storage capacity from 13,750 gallons to 17,160 gallons while the Class 2 permit modification is pending. The Class 2 modification is requested to enable Clean Water Environmental to meet increased customer demand for storage capacity. The primary service offered by this facility is wastewater treatment with a RCRA Part B drum storage area. The permittee's compliance history during the life of the permit being modified is available from the agency contact person. Notice of Public Comment Period and Public Meeting Notice is hereby given that a public comment period for the Class 2 permit modification will begin on July 19, 2022 and end on September 18, 2022. At the meeting, the public will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide written comments to the Ohio EPA regarding the proposed Class 2 permit modification. 6-12/2022
