Public Notice Significant Amendment to Pha FY22 Annual
PUBLIC NOTICE SIGNIFICANT AMENDMENT TO PHA FY22 ANNUAL PLAN The Dayton Metropolitan Housing Authority d/b/a Greater Dayton Premier Management (GDPM) is amending its FY222 Annual Plan and/or Five Year Plan. GDPM received a Commitment to Enter into a Housing Assistance Payment Contract (CHAP) for the conversion of the following public housing properties to the RAD Project Based Voucher Program: Huffman Parnell, Imperial Court, Northeast Montgomery County (Pompano, Channingway, Bellefontaine, Fisher, Wayne Meadows, Misty Lane I&II), Wolf Creek, Winston Woods, Fitch Hawthorn/Hawthorn Village & Desoto Bass. THE RAD Conversions will be completed in accordance with the guidelines of HUD Notice H-2019-09 PIH-2019-23 (HA) Rental Assistance Demonstration Final Implementation, Revision 4. The draft of the proposed Significant Amendment is available for review on the GDPM website at https://www.gdpm.org/about/agency-plans/ and at GDPM's Central Office located at 400 Wayne Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45410. GDPM invites the public to review and comment on the draft amendment and to attend a Public Hearing. Please submit any comments in writing electronically at kpatrick@dmha.org by 4:00 PM, March 28th, 2023. A Public Hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 29, 2023.
