Public Notification for Gateway Boulevard LOMR The City of Monroe [in accordance with the National Flood Insurance Program Regulation 65.7(b)(1)] hereby gives notice of the City of Monroe's intent to revise the flood hazard information generally located between St Route 63 and Butler-Warren Road for Millers Creek. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along Millers Creek from 1000 feet south of to a point approximately 3000 feet north of the 32 foot by 11-foot culvert crossing Millers Creek. This alteration along Millers Creek does not place any buildings within a Special Flood Hazard Area. As a result of the revision, the floodway shall widen, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall varyingly increase and decrease along the revised area, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall varyingly widen and narrow within the area of revision.
