Sealed bids for Personal Protective Equipment, P.P.E. or "Turnout Gear" will be accepted by West Chester Township, Attn: Assistant Chief Stephen C. Oughterson, West Chester Township Administration Building, 9113 Cincinnati Dayton Rd., West Chester, Ohio 45069, until 2:00 PM local time, December 31, 2018 and will be opened and read aloud thereafter in the Township Hall at above address. Specifications for the Turnout Gear may be obtained from the West Chester Township, Ohio 45069, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. The Specifications are also posted on the West Chester Township's website in accordance with O.R. C. Section 505.37 at http://www.westchesteroh.org and can be accessed by selecting the link labeled "Action Line" and navigating to bid postings. Should you elect to participate, please submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of your bid in a sealed envelope marked "Turnout Gear". Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee in accordance with O.R.C. Section 153.54 and in the forms proscribed in O.R.C. Sections 153.57 and 153.571. The West Chester Township Trustees reserve the right to waive any irregularities or any informalities or reject any and all bids. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of the bids.
