The City of Dayton is in receipt of an application to establish a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area pursuant to 4301.82 of the Ohio Revised Code, for the general area of E. Fifth St. between S. Main St. and Bainbridge St. The application is on file in the office of the Clerk at 101 W. Third St., Dayton, OH 45402, and is available for inspection by the public during regular business hours. The anticipated date for a public hearing is at the meeting of the Dayton City Commission on March 11, 2020 at 8:30 a.m. with proposed legislation for approval on March 18, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. 2-28, 3-6/2020
