To The Creditors of Prototype Industries, Inc. Prototype manufactured items for the tool and die industry. Prototype has assigned all its assets to Thompson Auctioneers ("Assignee") in Montgomery County Probate Court Case No. 2023 TRS 00014. Assignee will sell the personal property of Prototype at an online public auction on November 14, 2023. Any objection to the auction must be filed with the Probate Court on or before November 9, 2023. The Court will hold a hearing on any objections at 3:00 p.m. on November 9, 2023.
