LEGAL NOTICE City of Oxford, Division of Police Public Auction The City of Oxford, Division of Police, will hold an ONLINE PUBLIC AUCTION, beginning on Wednesday, 22 July 2020 via www.GovDeals.com. Auction bids will be accepted through Monday, 17 August 2020 at a time noted on each individual item or items posted for bid. Auction items include 43 unclaimed bicycles currently held in the Oxford Police Division's Storage Lot. All bicycles shall be sold "as is' and 'where is.' Persons believing they possess an ownership right to the property to be sold may inquire at the Oxford Police Division three days prior to the auction's start date. Property, with proper proof of ownership, must be claimed by 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, 21 July 2020.
