Adjudication Hearing the Oxford Board of Zoning Appeals

ADJUDICATION HEARING The Oxford Board of Zoning Appeals will hold an Adjudicatory Hearing on several petitions for variance requests on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. The following petitions will be heard: BZA-2020-05, 420 N. Beech Street, Variances to Section 1143.05(c) front yard setback in an R-2MS District; Section 1149.04(a)(3) minimum parking setback; Section 1149.04(a)(1) maximum two parking spaces in the front yard setback, Lindsey Myers, Appellant BZA-2020-06, 822 S. Beech Street, Variance to Section 1143.03(c) front and rear yard setback in an R-1MS District, Scott Webb, Appellant BZA-2020-07, 650 S. Campus Avenue, Variances to Section 1143.05(c) lot width, area and lot coverage for a 2-family structure in an R-2MS District, and Section 1149.03(c) minimum aisle width for parking, Scott Webb, Appellant BZA-2020-08, 25 W. Spring Street, Variance to Section 1143.07(c) lot width for a 3-family structure in an R-3MS District, Scott Webb, Appellant In accordance with HB 197, this Hearing may be conducted online via video conference and/or teleconference.
