BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS CASE #866, #867, and #868 The Beavercreek Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a public hearing in the Community Room on the lower level of the Beavercreek Township Fire Station #61, located at 2195 Dayton Xenia Rd., on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is so the BZA may review and act on several variance requests made by Township residents: Case #866: A request from property owner Dennis Simons for the property located at 1818 Debbie Ln., Parcel ID #B03000200420005700. The applicant requests a variance from Township Zoning Resolution Article 18.05(5) which limits the size of accessory structures. The parcel is currently zoned A-1 Agricultural. Case #867: A request from property owners Robert and Kimberly Reighley for the property located at 1635 Kathy Marie Ct., Parcel ID #B03000200390003800. The applicant requests a variance from Township Zoning Resolution Article 18.05(5) which limits the size of accessory structures. The parcel is currently zoned PUD-R1AA (Residential). Case #868: A request from property owner Karen Romeo for the property located at 242 Yorkshire Ln., Parcel ID #B03000200512004400. The applicant requests a variance from Township Zoning Resolution Article 18.01(3) which prohibits building structures in required yard setbacks. The parcel is currently zoned R-PUD (Residential). This notice was processed for publication by Associate Zoning Administrator Max McConnell in accordance with state requirements. The BZA action is the final determination on the request, unless otherwise appealed to the Court of Common Pleas.
