City of Dayton Office of the City Commission City Hall 101 West Third Street Dayton, Ohio 45402 (937) 333-3636 Legal Notice 1200-11 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Commission (the "Commission") of the City of Dayton, Ohio (the "City") will hold a public hearing on March 22, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. in Commission Chambers, 101 West Third Street, Second Floor, Dayton, Ohio 45402, on the petition (the "Petition") submitted to the Commission proposing to establish the Delco New Community Authority, as a new community authority pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 349. Such hearing will be held pursuant to Ordinance No. 32023-23, duly adopted by the Commission on March 1, 2023 (the "Ordinance of Sufficiency"). The Petition and Ordinance of Sufficiency are on file in the office of the Clerk of Commission, located at 101 West Third Street, Second Floor, Dayton, Ohio 45402, and are available for inspection by interested persons during regular business hours.
