CITY OF KETTERING LEGAL NOTICE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS CASE #BZA-22-017 Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals in the Council Chambers of the Kettering Government Center at 3600 Shroyer Road, at a Regular Meeting on Monday, September 26, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. regarding an appeal of the decision of the Zoning Administrator to interpret a short term rental use at 2817 Parklawn Dr. Kettering, OH 45440 as being a "Motel" use, which is not permitted within the R-1 (Residential) Zoning District. Interested persons may appear and voice their opinion with respect to the proposed application. The appeal is available for review in the Planning and Development Department.
