CITY OF KETTERING LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Kettering City Council in Council Chambers at the City of Kettering Government Center, South Building, 3600 Shroyer Road, Kettering, Ohio on Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at 7:30 p.m., regarding P.C. 19-007 Composite Subdivision- Public Pedestrian Access Easement Vacation. Planning Commission heard P.C. 19-007 on October 7, 2019 with recommendations to City Council that the requested unnecessary public pedestrian access easement that is located parallel to the north-south portion of Composite Drive on the property located at 1930 and 2000 Composite Drive be vacated.
