CITY OF KETTERING PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Commission in Council Chamber of the Kettering Government Center, 3600 Shroyer Rd. Kettering, on Monday, August 15, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. for Conditional Use Approval to allow for a new city park to be located at 915 Peach Orchard Rd, Kettering, Ohio. (PC-22-016) Interested persons may appear and voice their opinion with respect to the proposed application. The application is available for review in the Planning and Development Department of the Kettering Government Center.
