CITY OF KETTERING PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Commission in Council Chambers of the Kettering Government Center, 3600 Shroyer Rd. Kettering, on Monday June 5, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. for approval of a Zoning Map Amendment. This case (PC-23-013) has been requested to rezone the parcel located at 2119 E. Dorothy Lane from Economic Development Overlay #14 to B-Business. Interested persons may appear and voice their opinion with respect to the proposed application. The application is available for review in the Planning and Development Department at the Kettering Government Center.
