CITY OF KETTERING PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Commission in Council Chamber of the Kettering Government Center, 3600 Shroyer Rd. Kettering, on Monday, June 5, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. for Conditional Use Approval to allow for a structure to be built on the property at 2100 E. Stroop Rd. Kettering, Ohio to be used as a garage with attached carports to park vehicles and equipment. (PC-23-010) Interested persons may appear and voice their opinion with respect to the proposed application. The application is available for review in the Planning and Development Department of the Kettering Government Center.
