City of Oakwood Legal Notice the Planning Commission

CITY OF OAKWOOD LEGAL NOTICE The Planning Commission of the City of Oakwood, Montgomery County, Ohio, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. in the Oakwood City Council Chambers, 30 Park Avenue, Oakwood, Ohio 45419, to hear an application for amendment of a special use permit previously issued to Top of the Hill Preschool, located within the Lutheran Church of Our Savior, 155 East Thruston Blvd. The proposed amendment would allow for enrollment of up to 54 students at the preschool, where such enrollment is currently limited to 40 students.
