BZA Case #22-0022 4209 N. Hyland Avenue An appeal of an administrative decision regarding a zoning code violation for an unpermitted gravel driveway. (Parcel ID# I39300201 0032). BZA Case #22-0023 4700 Linden Avenue A variance from City's UDO Sec. 1113.07(D)(5) and 1113.13(C)(3) of the City of Riverside Unified Development Ordinance to allow a reduction in the required landscape buffer area and the required distances between curb cuts. (Parcel ID# I39401505 0024). BZA Case #22-0024 1407 Deerland Street An appeal of an administrative decision regarding a shed on a separate parcel. (Parcel ID# I39101508 0002 and I39101511 0033). BZA Case #22-0025 4700 Linden Avenue An appeal of an administrative decision to require a sidewalk for a redevelopment project. (Parcel ID# I39401505 0024). BZA authority is regulated by Sec.1103.07 of the City of Riverside Unified Development Ordinance.
