City of Riverside State of Ohio The second reading and public hearing of Ordinance Nos. 19-O-701 and 19-O-72 will be held on August 15, 2019 at the City of Riverside Council meeting at 5200 Springfield Street, Suite 100, Riverside, Ohio 45431 at 6:00 p.m. After the second reading and public hearing, City Council will consider adoption. Copies of the ordinances are available to the public without cost at the City of Riverside Administration Building. A summary of the proposed ordinances are as follows: Ordinance No. 19-O-701 determining to proceed with the improvement of certain streets between certain termini in the City of Riverside, Ohio, by lighting the same with electricity. Ordinance No. 19-O-702 declaring city property located at 558 Ketcham Street to no longer be needed for municipal purposes and to be surplus and authorizing the city manager to execute documents necessary to sell said property.
