Legal Ad: 19-8068 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CITY OF MIDDLETOWN PLANNING COMMISSION The Middletown City Planning Commission will meet Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers on the lower level of the City Building at One Donham Plaza, Middletown, Ohio and the following case will be heard: Public Hearing: Text Amendment Case #2-19: Consideration of text amendments to the Middletown Development Code pertaining to the Chapter 1226: Review Authority and Procedures and Chapter 1228: Enforcement and Penalties. Planning Commission's recommendation will be forwarded to City Council for final review and decision. All interested individuals are welcome to attend and participate in the public hearings.
