Legal Ad: 19-8076 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CITY OF MIDDLETOWN PLANNING COMMISSION The Middletown City Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers located on the lower level of the City Building located at One Donham Plaza, Middletown, Ohio and the following case will be heard: Public Hearing: Signage Dedication Case #1-19: Consideration of a Honorary Designation of Right-of-Way submitted by applicant Debra Morrison for a portion of Reinartz Boulevard from Charles Street to Clark Street to feature permanent signage on both ends within the median to honor Private Patrick L. Kessler. Planning Commission's recommendation will be forwarded to City Council for final review and decision. The full application is available in the Planning & Zoning Department.
