Legal Ad: 22-8345 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CITY OF MIDDLETOWN PLANNING COMMISSION The Middletown City Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Chambers located on the Lower Level of the City Building located at 1 Donham Plaza, Middletown, OH 45042. Public Hearing: Amendment to Final Development Plan Case #2-22: A request by applicant Brandon Gonos, with Associated Materials, for an Amendment to the Final Development Plan for a change in building materials from the approved fiber cement cladding to composite cladding. This development plan proposal includes twenty-one (21) three (3) story residential buildings, a clubhouse, a pool, an outdoor recreational area, and walking paths to be constructed on a portion (38 acres) of the property located at 4340 Union Road, Franklin, OH 45005.
