Public Hearing: Preliminary Development Plan: A request by applicant Phillip Brandon for approval of a Preliminary Development Plan to construct 20 single-family dwellings on Central Avenue, Middletown, OH, 45044 also known as Parcel ID: Q6531043000030. The property is a total of 6.7264 acres. The project will need approval by the City Council for the Planned Development Map Amendment and Zone Change.
