Legal Ad: 23-8414 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CITY OF MIDDLETOWN BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The Middletown City Board of Zoning Appeals will meet Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at 5:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers on the lower level of the City Building at One Donham Plaza, Middletown, Ohio and the following case will be heard: Variance Case No. #7-23: A request by applicant Chee Chee L. Rose for approval of an Area and Dimensional Variance for the property located at 904 Crawford Street. The property is zoned R-4: Attached Residential District. The variance requested is to allow for the creation of a non-conforming lot that would not meet the minimum site development standards set forth in the Middletown Development Code. Variance Case No. #8-23: A request by applicant Ronald Dykes for approval of an Area and Dimensional Variance for the property located at 1723 Brentwood Street. The property is zoned R-4: Attached Residential District. The variance requested is to allow for the construction of a third garage with a footprint larger than the primary structure whereas the Middletown Development Code prohibits more than one garage on a residential lot and no accessory structures may be larger than the primary structure.
