BZA 19-02 Grainworks Brewing Company has filed a variance request from the off street parking requirements in an M-2/B-2 District to allow for a reduction in the required parking spaces for a restaurant/brewery operation per Article 20.06 for the property located at 7790 Service Centre Drive.
