Legal Notice 1200-30 Notice is hereby given that the Dayton City Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 8:30 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the hearing can begin. The hearing will be held in the City Commission Chambers on the Second Floor of City Hall, 101 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio. The subject of the hearing is the following: Official Zoning Map Amendment Case: PLN2023-00107 A Zoning Map Amendment application to rezone approximately 70.155 acres located at 5114 Little Richmond Rd. from Eclectic Single Family Residential (ER-3) to Business Park (BP) to allow for freestanding solar panels on the property. The proposed Official Zoning Map Amendment is available for public inspection in the Office of the City Commission and with the Secretary to the City Plan Board.
