LEGAL NOTICE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE - VARIANCE HEARING The Deerfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will be holding a public hearing at the Deerfield Township Meeting Room, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 180, Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio on June 8, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing will be to consider BZA Case No. 2023-124, an application for an area variance filed by Kurt Warnecke, pertaining to property located at 7029 Kings Mills Road, Parcel 16162000160 in Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio. The variance sought by the Applicant is to Deerfield Township Zoning Resolution Table 4.09-A to allow a detached accessory structure located within the front yard area of the property. The application will be available for examination, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, at the Deerfield Township Planning and Zoning Department Office, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 150, Deerfield Township, Ohio 45040, at least ten days prior to the public hearing.
