LEGAL NOTICE Board of Zoning Building and Housing Appeals Miamisburg, OH 45342 Notice is hereby given that on Monday, March 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers in the Civic Center, 10 North First Street, Miamisburg, OH 45342, a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning, Building and Housing Appeals for the City of Miamisburg, Ohio on an application, being Case No. BZ-03-19, a request for a variance to the requirement of Section 1242.03(a)(2) of the Planning and Zoning Code that requires minimum lot frontages (length of the lot directly abutting a public street right-of-way) to measure 90' in length. The purpose of this variance request is to allow the lot at 1319 Meadowview, Miamisburg, OH 45342 to be split into two lots. In the case of 1319 Meadowview, the existing frontage is 50', which means a variance to the 90' standard will be required for the property owner to split the lot. The purpose of this lot split is to allow for the construction of a second house on the eastern side of the property after the new lot is created.
