LEGAL NOTICE Board of Zoning Building and Housing Appeals Miamisburg, OH 45342 Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 11, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers in the Civic Center, 10 North First Street, Miamisburg, OH 45342, a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning, Building and Housing Appeals for the City of Miamisburg, Ohio on an application, being Case No. BZ-13-19, a request by PJ Brafford on behalf of Kettering Health Network for a temporary use approval to allow building banners at 1 Prestige Place Drive. The applicant is also requesting a variance to the requirements of Section 1234.03(f) of the Planning and Zoning Code that limit the duration such temporary uses to twelve months.
