LEGAL NOTICE City of Miamisburg City Council 10 N. First Street Miamisburg, OH 45342 Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Miamisburg, Ohio, at the Civic Center, 10 North First Street, Miamisburg, Ohio, on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following ordinance: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MIAMISBURG BY SUPPLEMENTING AND AMENDING CHAPTERS 1230 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS TO REPEAL AND ADD VARIOUS DEFINITIONS AND CHAPTER 1290 LANDSCAPING AND PLANTING SCREEN SPECIFICATIONS TO UPDATE BUFFERYARD AND LANDSCAPING STANDARDS AND CHAPTER 1296 SITE DESIGN STANDARDS TO UPDATE AND ADD DESIGN STANDARDS FOR CERTAIN USES AND CHAPTER 1262 CSD-1 CENTRAL SERVICE DISTRICT TO UPDATE PERMITTED USES AND TO REPEAL CHAPTERS 1250 OR-1 OFFICE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT 1252 OS-1 OFFICE-SERVICE DISTRICT 1254 NB-1 NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT 1256 HS-1 HIGHWAY SERVICE DISTRICT 1258 GB-1 GENERAL BUSINESS AND ENACT NEW CHAPTERS 1250, 1252, 1254, 1256 AND 1258. This ordinance updates the use lists, setbacks and bufferyard requirements for Miamisburg's office and commercial zoning districts while also making updates to the site design standards for such uses. Along with these changes, updates are made to the definitions for various uses. This ordinance also amends Chapter 1290, which includes updates to Miamisburg's streetscape and bufferyard landscaping requirements.
