LEGAL NOTICE City of Miamisburg Planning Commission 10 N. First Street Miamisburg, OH 45342 Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Commission of the City of Miamisburg, Ohio, at the Civic Center, 10 North First Street, Miamisburg, Ohio, on Monday, May 20, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following ordinance: AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE CITY LOT NUMBERS 5474 AND 5348 (PARCEL IDS K45302612 0003 AND K45302612 0002), OF THE CITY OF MIAMISBURG FROM THE CURRENT ZONING DESIGNATION OF A (AGRICULTURAL) TO PR (PLANNED RESIDENTIAL) AND TO APPROVE THE COMPANION PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE DEER VALLEY PLANNED RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION. This ordinance approves the Preliminary Development Plan for the proposed Deer Valley subdivision proposed to be located at 5348 Benner Road, Miamisburg, OH 45342. This proposed development would include the development of approximately 86.6 acres of land into 197 single-family residential lots, six of which would be larger "estate lots" while the remaining 191 would be standard subdivision lots. A mixture of "Lifestyle" (single-story, age-targeted) and "Traditional" (predominately two-story, non-age-targeted) housing unit types are proposed for the development.
