LEGAL NOTICE COMBINED APPLICATION FOR A MAP AMENDMENT AND A MAJOR PUD MODIFICATION/ PRELIMINARY PUD PLAN The Deerfield Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Deerfield Township Meeting Room, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 180, Deerfield Township, Ohio 45040 on April 8, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. to consider an application for a major PUD modification approval for a preliminary PUD plan for the kings Island Commercial Center, filed in Case #2019-68. The subject property is described as Warren County Sidwell Parcel Number 1618276003 and is located north of Kings Island Drive. A map amendment to rezone a property from general business (G-B) to General Business PUD for the subject property which is described as Warren County Sidwell Parcel Number 1618200018 and is located to the northwest corner of Kings Island Drive and Kings Mills Road. The applicant sought approval to allow Outdoor Recreational Resort for camping ground/RV Park and outdoor activities. The Zoning Commission will forward their recommendations to the Board of Trustees for a final decision. The application will be available for examination, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Deerfield Township Planning and Zoning Department offices, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 150, Deerfield Township, Ohio 45040, at least ten days prior to the public hearing.
