LEGAL NOTICE CONDITIONAL USE HEARING The Deerfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Deerfield Township Meeting Room, 4900 Parkway Drive Suite 180, Deerfield Township, 45040 on June 13, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing will be to consider BZA Case No. 2019-183, an application for a conditional use filed by Dale Lykins, (the "Applicant"), pertaining to property located at 3615 Socialville Foster Road, Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio (Warren County Auditor's Parcel No. 16211260161). The variance sought by the Applicant is to Deerfield Township Zoning Resolution: Table 4.06-A (Religious Place of Worship Use in the Residential Single Family District). The application will be available for examination, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, at the Deerfield Township Zoning Department Offices, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 150, Deerfield Township, Ohio 45040, at least ten days prior to the public hearing.
