The applicant is James R. Simpson. The applicant is requesting approval to Rezone from A (Agricultural) to PP (Planned Public) and approval of a Lot Split consisting of 2.0582 and 2.4 acres at property located at 6619 Bellefontaine Road. The application is on file at the Huber Heights Zoning Office located at City Hall, 6131 Taylorsville Road, Huber Heights, Ohio and may be examined between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
