LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given to all persons that a resolution was adopted by the Warren County Commissioners regarding the proposed vacation of the portion of the road right of way of Red Lion-Five Points Road in Clearcreek Township, Warren County, Ohio, further described as follows: Situate in Section 2, Town 2 East, Range 5 North of the Between the Miamis Survey, Clearcreek Township, Warren County, Ohio and being part of the road right-of-way known as Red Lion-Five Points Road, running southwesterly from a beginning point approximately 59 feet southwest of the West right-of-way of Bunnell Hill Road for a distance of approximately 200 feet to its terminus at the southwesterly corner of property owned by Stephanie Roeder. The right-of-way being vacated is of is of variable width. A public hearing will be held in the Commissioners Meeting Room, 406 Justice Drive, Lebanon, Ohio at 9:05 a.m. on October 18, 2022.
