LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given as required under the "Butler County, Ohio, Rural Zoning Resolution" that a public hearing will be held by the Butler County Rural Zoning Commission on Monday, October 14, 2019 in the first floor conference room of the Butler County Government Services Center, 315 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio, at 7:00 p.m. Brad Eggers has filed an application (RZC 19-07) to change the zoning from A-1 Agricultural to B-2 Community Business for a 2-acre site located at 2721 Ross Millville Road in Ross Township (parcels K4610-022.000-006 and K4610-015.000-011). The stated intent of the zone change is to provide indoor storage of commercial vehicles. The application concerning the above amendment to the Zoning Resolution is available for examination in the Butler County Planning Office, Sixth Floor, Butler County Administrative Center, 130 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Butler County will provide assistance to persons with disabilities needing interpreters or other auxiliary aids and services in order to participate in this meeting. Any request for such assistance must be made no later than 72 hours before the meeting by contacting Planning Division Staff at (513) 887-3413. The Butler County Rural Zoning Commission's recommendation will be submitted to the Butler County Board of Commissioners for their final determination.
