LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given as required under the "Butler County, Ohio, Rural Zoning Resolution" that two public hearings will be held by the Butler County Rural Zoning Commission on Monday, October 17, 2022 in the first floor conference room of the Butler County Government Services Center, 315 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio, at 7:00 p.m. The Rural Zoning Commission has initiated a package of amendments (RZC 22-02) to the Butler County, Ohio, Rural Zoning Resolution to address various issues, including accessory structures, parking of recreational vehicles, keeping of small farm animals, above-ground pool locations, ground signs and parking in business and residential districts, and the correction of typographic errors. Mike Dawson has filed a zone change application (RZC 22-03) to change the zoning from M-1 Light Industrial to R-1 Suburban Residence for a 9.245 acre parcel located at 6390 Trenton Franklin Road in Madison Township (parcel E2210-020.000-059). The stated intent of the zone change is to create nine new residential lots. The applications concerning the above amendments to the Zoning Resolution are available for examination in the Butler County Planning Office, Sixth Floor, Butler County Administrative Center, 130 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Butler County will provide assistance to persons with disabilities needing interpreters or other auxiliary aids and services in order to participate in this meeting. Any request for such assistance must be made no later than 72 hours before the meeting by contacting Planning Division Staff at (513) 887-3413. The Butler County Rural Zoning Commission's recommendations will be submitted to the Butler County Board of Commissioners for their final determination.
