LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON FILING A GRANT APPLICATION A public hearing will be held before the City of Hamilton Council, on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located in the Hamilton Municipal Building, 345 High Street, First Floor, Hamilton, Ohio 45011, to receive comments from the public on the use of the Federal Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Funds, proposed to be received by the City of Hamilton, Ohio Police Division. Partnering with other Butler County law enforcement agencies in securing funds through the FY2019 JAG application, Hamilton is applying to be the recipient of the sum of $18,572. Copies of the proposed legislation are on file with the Office of the City Clerk, 7th Floor, 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 and may be viewed during the normal working hours of 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
