LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Hamilton City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday evening, March 13, 2019 at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the City Building located at 345 High Street. The agenda for this hearing includes the following item: SITE: 1012 Forest Avenue APPLICANT: Mr. Todd Allamand, of Water Taxi Marine LLC, on behalf of property owner Ann Fernando. REQUEST: To change the zoning designation of 1012 Forest Avenue - Parcel # P6461045000058; from "R-3" One to Four Family Residence Zoning District to "I-2" Industrial Zoning District. This hearing concerns a request to change the zoning designation of 1012 Forest Avenue - Parcel # P6461045000058; from "R-3" One to Four Family Residence Zoning District to "I-2" Industrial Zoning District in order to use the vacant lot for off-street parking for the business located at 1000 Forest Avenue.
