LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Hamilton City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday evening, November 13, 2019 at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the City Building located at 345 High Street. The agenda for this hearing includes the following item: SITE: 859 Franklin Avenue & 259 South Edgewood Avenue APPLICANT: City of Hamilton REQUEST: Change the zoning of properties on 859 Franklin Avenue from an R-3 (One to Four Family Residential) & 259 South Edgewood Avenue from an I-1 (Limited Industrial) to IPD (Industrial Planned Development) This hearing concerns a request to change the zoning designation of former industrial properties located at 859 Franklin Avenue (Parcel Nos. P6412007000030 to 42) from R-3 (One to Four Family Residential) and 259 South Edgewood Avenue (Parcel Nos. P6412007000070, 72, & 75) from I-1 (Limited Industrial), to IPD (Industrial Planned Development) Zoning District. An application for this project is on file and available for your review at the Planning Department located at 345 High Street, Suite 350.
