LEGAL NOTICE On November 8, 2022 at 6:30 p.m., the Council of the City of Monroe, Butler and Warren Counties, Ohio will hold a public hearing to consider approving a contract to form and govern the TurtlecreekMonroe 2022 Joint Economic Development District. The public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers located at 233 South Main Street, Monroe, Ohio. The public hearing shall allow for public comment and recommendations on the contract. The following documents are on file for public inspection: (1) a copy of the contract, including the economic development plan; (2) a description of the area to be included in the district, including a map in sufficient detail to denote the specific boundaries of the area; and (3) an income tax schedule.
