LEGAL NOTICE: Please be advised that there will be a public hearing during the City of Mason Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. Due to the public health and safety concerns related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), it is anticipated that the Planning Commission will not be meeting in-person and will hold their meeting via videoconferencing or telephone. Please check the City's website prior to the meeting to confirm the format and location of the meeting. The public hearing will be held to review the following item: PC 2020-013 RZ An application has been received requesting approval of a rezoning of approximately 2.7 acres of land located behind 1110 Reading Road, south of the intersection of Western Row Road and Reading Road. The land is proposed to be rezoned from B-3 (Road Service Commercial District), to I-1 (Light Industrial District).
